Vicky Charalambous (Manager)
Vicky Charalambous (Managing Director) is a PhD candidate of Positive Psychology, has an MSc in Organisational Psychology and a BA in International and European Economic Studies. She mainly deals with European funding programmes and trainings into the application of positive psychology in the workplace, in schools for teachers, parents, children and adolescents. Vicky is also the Scientific Collaborator of a Character Education Programme (‘’Areti’’), which is addressed to children, parents and teachers and is funded by the Ministry of Justice and Public Order since 2007, as has introduced it to its action plan for the prevention of violence and delinquency. She is a research team member of the Greek Association of Positive Psychology since 2009, participating in conferences, workshops and writing a chapter for the book “Introduction to Positive Psychology” (Topos, 2011). She is also the Coordinator of the Master’s Programme “Creative Arts & Animation” at Global College, and has worked as a lecturer in Organisational Psychology at the European University Cyprus as well as a HR Executive in organisations.
