Adaptation and administration of 3 psychometric tools useful to collect information about teachers current needs. The aim was to develop an evidence-based curriculum that focused on the theoretical background of Positive Psychology and Character Education. During this stage, emphasis was given to the adaptation of 3 psychometric tools in all 6 participating countries. These tools were useful to collect information regarding of teachers current needs in order to identify them and offer corresponding training activities/interventions for personal and professional development. Statistical Analysis was achieved to demonstrate primary teachers’ current needs in relation to well-being, resilience, depression, anxiety, stress and values. Finally, a National and Consolidated reports were developed including all partners’ analyses of the research findings for further analysis.
